I love pencil skirts because they're so versatile... Dress them up or down... I paired my pencil skirt w/polka dot keds from keds.com ($39.99) maybe cheaper now, and I paired it w/a striped t-shirt from (Loft.com) and a red blazer from (Forever21) with my fav hat and a red lip (ririwoo) (mac.com) I got soo many compliments on this quick and simple look...
